New Front Seats Developed Based on the Human Body Structure Make Traveling More Comfortable

The mounting structure between the seat and the chassis has been changed. By fixing the seat rail directly to the chassis, the rigidity and vibration convergence of the mounting parts have been improved. This has reduced the swaying of the seat itself and improved the quality of ride comfort.

A second pair of eyes. Subaru is committed to driver safety, and that was the key objective behind the development of EyeSight, as avoiding a collision is the best way to remain safe on the road. Two cameras that function similarly to human eyes are used to process the surrounding environment in 3D. In addition to other cars, the system can also recognise pedestrians and cyclists, and accurately determine their distance, shape and speed of travel. The system can assist drivers in a multitude of driving situations, including reducing collision damage or if possible, prevent the collision, reducing fatigue on extended drives, or stopping incorrect acceleration if the wrong pedals are pressed.
