As the successor to the BMW 1 Series M Coupé, the BMW M2 has continued the line of dynamic and powerful compact coupés since 2015, which formed the basis of the BMW 2002 Turbo and the BMW M3 (E30).

This is already evident from the striking, self-confident exterior of the car with its wide-spread fenders and the large air intakes in the front apron. The 6-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine impresses with its smoothness and power, which is optionally transferred to the road via a dual-clutch transmission. From 2018, the BMW M2 Competition will take over with an additional output of 30 kW (40 hp), only surpassed by the M2 CS (Club Sport), limited to 2,200 units, whose engine delivers 331 kW (450 hp). In every version, the M suspension ensures clean, clear handling, precise control and driving pleasure.
