Heatwave Tip #3: Give your EV a moment to cool down.

Just finished a long drive in the heat? If possible, let your EV cool down for a little while before plugging it into a fast charger. Charging an already hot battery creates even more heat, making the cooling system work harder than necessary.

Sometimes, giving your EV a 15-minute break is the smartest thing you can do.
