What are the qualities to be a successful entrepreneur?

Management System International (MSI) researcher David Mc. A group of researchers led by Lelland have found out in a global research that a total of 10 main characteristics help a person become a successful entrepreneur –
1. Opportunity Seeking: Looking for new business opportunities. Working on these and implementing them. Exploiting tangible opportunities to obtain financial resources, machinery, land, employment or other assistance.
2. Perseverance: Taking repeated steps to overcome any obstacle or challenge. Finding alternative ways to reach the goal.
3. Keeping work commitments: Taking responsibility for problems that arise while completing work for customers. Working with workers and getting things done through them so that customers are always satisfied.
4. Demand for Quality and Efficiency: Finding ways to deliver better, faster and cheaper products. Beating all the excellence of the past, trying to make new and best products in the way that customers want.
5. Risk taking: Must have risk taking attitude. A successful entrepreneur will take tolerable/moderate risks according to his own opinion.
6. Information Search: Individually searching for information about customers, suppliers and competitors. Using individuals or networks of individuals and businesses to gather information
7. Goal Setting: Setting clear and long-term goals. A successful entrepreneur makes short-term plans consistently to achieve long-term goals.
8. Sound Planning and Management: Making realistic plans to achieve goals and implementing them step by step. Break a big task into small parts to implement it properly.
9. Motivation and communication: Determining the right strategies to motivate or influence others. Using business and personal connections to achieve your goals.
10. Self-confidence: Strong belief in one's abilities and qualities. Confidence in one's own ability to face
