Position: Digital Sales & Marketing Officer
Black House is looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Expert to join our team. If you’re passionate about digital platforms, customer engagement, and sales growth, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and boost conversions.
• Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Run and monitor Facebook & Google ad campaigns,Google tag manager & GA4.
• Analyze SEO, traffic via Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Handle online inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with design/content teams for marketing material.
• Manage e-commerce listings and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and customer trend analysis.
• Integrate online and offline marketing strategies.
• Experience in both B2B & B2C sales required.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills are a must.
Position: Fashion Designer
Are you a creative and trend-savvy designer? Join our in-house design team and bring innovative fashion to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create stylish, trend-forward seasonal collections.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and CAD illustrations.
• Select fabrics, trims, and design elements based on brand tone.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain design vision.
• Forecast trends and track market changes.
• Revise designs based on team/market feedback.
• Assist in making tech packs, size charts, and specs.
• Style looks for campaigns and photoshoots.
• Maintain an archive of all design-related materials.
• Propose new ideas for design innovation and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Diploma holders with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
• 1–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolio welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong sense of fabric, fit, color, and style.
• Excellent creativity, detail orientation & time management.
