Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Salary: BDT 12,000 – 15,000 (Based on performance, with potential for increment)
Company Overview:
Wheelscape Engineering, a dynamic and fast-growing automobile service provider, is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as Office Executives. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations across our service divisions, particularly Wheelscape Autocare and Wheelscape Car Rental Service.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Oversee day-to-day operations of Wheelscape Autocare and Car Rental Service
2/ Handle the sale of automobile spare parts and manage customer queries
3/ Supervise vehicle repair work and assist with client coordination
4/ Manage car rental bookings and maintain communication with drivers
5/ Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
6/ Prepare and submit daily sales and receipt reports to the management
7/ Maintain accurate records of daily sales and expenses
Candidate Requirements:
1/ Minimum educational qualification: HSC or equivalent
2/ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
3/ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
4/ At least 2 years of experience in sales
5/ Must have knowledge about product sales and marketing
6/ Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Khilgaon
