3. Prices
The price is inclusive of electrical, plumbing,
cupboard/closets, drainage/well (hot water
plumbing but not the solar hot water system.)

4. Land
We do not provide the land.

5. Drawings
We provide the drawings for the Town & Country Planning Department and submit the plans for approval.

6. Finance
We provide a written quotation to take to the bank or credit union to arrange funding.

7. Payment
There are approximately four (4) stage payments of 25% (a deposit - prior to commencent, the when contract is signed, at completion of the foundation, at completion of the roofing and prior to the commencement of services/finishes).

8. Duration
The houses take approximately 16 to 24 weeks to construct.

9. How we help you get your house built
• You should provide us with a copy of the surveyor's plot plan for the land you wish to build the house on. In the event you have an approved Town and Country Planning plan then a copy of this plan should be provided.

• Bring the copy of the surveyor's plot plan or the T&CP approve to our site office. All quotations are done by a professional quantity surveyor and can be collected after 3 business days. If you use a CornerStone Development Inc., model plan the cost of the quotation is $100.00. Other customised T&CP plans are $200.00 for the quotation.

• When you received the quotation and the sketch of the house you should take this to your bank or credit union. The financial institution would let you know if you qualify for funding and how much, in about 2-3weeks.

• Once you qualified for funding, you should provide us with a copy of the offer letter from the bank and pay the fee for the Town Planning applications. This takes approximately 2-3months max., to be approved by the Town Planning Department.

• When the plans are approve you can take them to your funding agency which would include them in the mortgage documents.

• When the legal aspect of the mortgage is completed, which can take about 3-6months, the funds will be release in stages, starting with the deposit.

• The deposit is paid and the contract is signed with us. We use the Barbados Association of Quantity Surveyors Standard Form of House Building Contract.

• The construction of the project is started and payments are issued at each stage until completion.
