Bring Touring Car Masters to Townsville

Some of the most recognisable liveries in Australian motorsport history may no longer be allowed to race in their original form.

Motorsport Australia has deleted the Schedule K exemptions that previously allowed some historic race cars to retain period to***co sponsorship.

The revised rule now requires every car to comply with current federal to***co advertising laws, with competitors carrying the burden of proving a disputed livery does not promote a regulated to***co product.

That also raises fresh questions over to***co-inspired colour schemes and graphics that stop short of using the brand name itself.
