This customer contacted us after having previously had their vehicle in for a new vehicle protection package with us and unfortunately having a slight mishap, scratching the rear diffuser. Not only did we smash every quote they had received, we also included the coating of the diffuser within the cost! And on top of all that we carried out a complimentary exterior maintenance wash and ceramic sealant, interior wipe down and vacuum.
We also noticed a scrape across the bonnet, which had scuffed up and left scratches over it, so we carried out a full correction on the bonnet and applied multilayered graphene pro coating all on us! That’s right, on us! No additional charges, no surprises on the invoice, no upsells, just honest, quality customer service.
