Tej,s G6e turbo finnaly back onto the dyno after some fuel system wiring issues 👑

This G6e turbo copped out HBR1000 engine package and a few more goodies ✌️

- HBR1000 engine combo
- nitto pistons , nitto rods
- Kelford 218b camshafts
- haltech PNP ecu
- Ross balancer
- haltech boost dial
- coilovers all around

Along with a bunch of servicing and maintenance stuff plus more

Onto the dyno she went leaving with a heathy 1078 at 32psi of boost behind a build zf ✅

This G6e turbo back in for another round of mods after we done a 400kw package earlier on in the year ✌️

In for a new flex plate and doweled crank
Supply and fit Bosch 1650cc injectors
Walbro 525intank pump
New rocker cover gasket
And a retune on e85
Also adding anti rolling lag through pcmtec 🤝

Leaving the rollers with a heathly 490kw at 19psi with the customer wanting to leave it fairly conservative

Car came to us already having a full xforce exhaust system front to back

Using the BTR stage3 camshaft leaving the rollers with 450hp through the stock converter

In for a custom dyno tune
Dialing in the tune and getting the most out of it safely not only on full RPM but in street drivability and crusing

Starting the tune from scratch leaving with just under 500kw on pump 98 🤝

This clean fg f6 typhoon coming to us completely stock chasing a little more power and looks 🥳

Going for our 500kw plus package with a g42 turbo for future plans to make a little more ✌️

Starting with removing the engine and doing
ARP headstuds
Atomic vavle springs
Atomic oil pump gears and backing plate
Atomic race timing chain kit and a full reseal of the engine ✅

Then onto the box doing a stage 1 HBR built zf ✅

Also adding a pulsar g42 high mount turbo setup on a 6boost manifold with a Turbosmart 60mm external gate ✅

Full 4 inch dump pipe with a 4inch AES vavle
And a 4 inch exhaust system ✅

Atomic billet flexplate with ARP bolts and doweling the crank ✅

1000hp intercooler kit ✅
Battery relocation into the boot ✅
Bosch 1650cc injectors ✅
Walbro 525 intank fuel pump ✅

And a few more bits and pieces

straight onto the dyno she went on e85 leaving the rollers with a heathy 551kw 🤝

Another Barra package done ✅

This Barra patrol coming to us having a stock ba turbo engine in it and wanting to push more power down the track we went with our HBR1000hp engine package 🔥🔥

Still retaining a stock hi flow gt3576 turbo we done the engine swap and chucked it onto the dyno ✅

Starting out at 230kw at 19psi
Leaving with 318kw at 20psi falling to about 17
On a set of 35s on our rollers 🤝

Removed the engine and done a full reseal as it was leaking from every possible place ✅
Painted rocker cover ✅

Turbo is a Garrett 3584r ✌️

Pumping out 440kw 19psi pump 98
And 550kw 21psi on e85
