"Our lives were suddenly turned upside down when somebody drove into the back of our car at a traffic light intersection. On our side, the passenger was bruised and later needed to be seen at the hospital; our car was badly damaged.

It was a Sunday; we needed to do things and go to work the next day. We initially tried pricing some local car hire options, but we had a lot to do, including comunication with our insurance company, the tow-truck service, the police notification, hospital visit, etc. We had no replacement car, and we really needed help.

The car repairer suggested Carbiz to me. Just one phone call and Angela, the Carbiz receptionist, arranged everything for us. Because we were not at fault, Angela contacted the at-fault driver, contacted their insurance company, and soon after we had a hire-car vehicle delivered to our front door. We did not need to pay a cent.

But, it was no just any vehicle, it was a vehicle of a similar size and shape to the one that we had been driving, and it was practically brand new! While we awaited the insurance company decision, we enjoyed driving in a lovely vehicle, free of charge.

Our car was written off by the insurer. Angela was awesome: she was again helpful and flexible in terms of our returning the hire vehicle only once our new car was ready to be for picked up. Once again, a driver came to our location to pick up the hire vehicle.

The whole process was easy and transparent. Angela and Carbiz were like angels, waiting to give us a helping hand when we most needed it. Thank you."

"In an unfortunate weekend, our family car got involved in an accident (our car got hit by other). Thank God, no body injured. Knowing Carbiz from our soccer family in Camden Tigers, been advised that they simply the best in assisting the need for any replacement.
