We did the full engine rebuilt and full custom engine repaint, the fuel tank modification to fit a Rizoma flush fit fuel cap and dual fuel taps. Also did the paint for the fuel tank, rear cowl, headlight and front guard to match.

had the design vision for this CX500 and did the final whole bike assembly, we just helped with the components.

So happy with how these all came out and the color combination is out of this world!!!

Creating a custom exhaust for these CX500's using the original pipes as a template to test out routing ideas.

Once we have a rough idea/design we can use in-house technology and 3D printers so we can easily create a prototype before creating a final part/product.

The best thing about having 3D printers in the workshop is you can create any part from an idea you have!

To solve the problem of the hit and miss throttle we created a solution!! A spring setup to help the return spring inside the carburetor overcome the friction of the cable.

Inserts into the handle bar easily and is held in place with some o-rings and the handle bar grip itself.

2006 CBR1100XX Blackbird all serviced, fuel rails and injectors flushed and cleaned. Fuel pump fully serviced and new brake fluid and system flushed.

Hydraulic clutch flushed and new engine oil and filter. New battery on the way and then can take it out on the road!

All that's left is the road test and the final complete basic detail.

Cannot wait!!

You can hear all of our engine testing rig breakers being activated, with eager anticipation, as we get ready to fire-up Honda CB1100F engine for the first time after being rebuilt.

The second video, on our Instagram post...as Facebook apparently cannot handle more than one video, is after we tune it in with the gorgeous Mikuni carburetors supplied by the customer. Such a great tone...even with a short straight through exhaust!

CBR1100XX Blackbird fuel tank and fuel pump all cleaned out and restored as it was fuel of debris. Now onto the main systems.
