Some people missed our EOFY suspension sale.
And honestly, that is on us.
Every year, EOFY gets busy. We expected that.
What we did not expect was for one of our online videos to take off at almost the exact same time.
The result was a massive increase in calls, messages, quote requests, and booking inquiries, all landing during what was already one of the busiest periods of the year.
But even with that being said, the responsibility is still ours.
We did not get back to everyone in time.
Some people were trying to lock in pricing before the EOFY offers ended.
Some people had been waiting for the right time to upgrade their suspension.
Some people had genuinely been saving for this moment.
And some of those people simply got missed in the rush.
That is not good enough, and we are genuinely sorry.
At MNM 4WD Specialists, we try to do things properly. We try to be upfront, fair, and honest with people. But in this case, we dropped the ball with some of you.
So rather than just saying sorry and moving on, we are going to do what we can to make it right.
We have spoken with our suppliers, and where possible, we have been able to extend selected EOFY offers until 14 July.
This means that if you missed out because we did not get back to you in time, there may still be a chance to lock in EOFY pricing on selected suspension packages.
There is one important catch.
This only applies to selected suppliers.
Some EOFY offers had a hard deadline, and if we no longer receive the discount when purchasing the parts, we cannot pass that saving on.
But where the discount is still available to us, we will pass it on.
So if you contacted us and did not hear back, or if you were trying to organise your suspension upgrade before EOFY and got missed, please reach out again.
We will do our best to get you sorted with the best current pricing available.
And again, to everyone we missed, we are genuinely sorry.
