What are 'magic seats'? How can I fit my stuff into the car?

This video provides a great explanation of the various cargo modes the Jazz is capable of - utility mode (with both back seats down for maximum carrying capacity), long mode (for transporting long items like rolled up rugs, while still having room for a passenger) and magic seats (for transporting tall items like houseplants).
