Stubborn engine light and major misfire.
It was found the condition of the spark plugs were the reason for the engine light and misfire.
While the car was on the hoist it was found it had a major coolant leak
It’s important to ensure when topping up your coolant it’s genuine coolant or green coolant. Using the incorrect coolant in your car can cause the rubber seals to be eaten by an ingredient in after market coolants.
The car was given a good flush out and coolant replaced with genuine green coolant and spark plugs replace with a brand new set.
The vehicle will have to come back at some stage to fix the seals.

A busy weekend!
Our mechanic was so swamped he forgot to take some pictures of what we’ve been up to.
So here’s a bit of what our weekend entailed our mechanic Tyson nailed a tricky wiring issue that had previously stumped 3 other mechanics. We handled a car that was filled up with the wrong fuel, did a transmission service, and squeezed in some general services in between.
