A very big THANK YOU to the two absolute legends who stopped to help me today when Connie decided she was officially done for the day on the highway at Red Hill. 😂💚
Five lanes of traffic, me sitting in a 1977 Charger that had decided it was going absolutely nowhere, and thinking “well… this is awkward.” 😂
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even find the hazard lights. 🤦♀️😂
These two blokes didn’t hesitate. They stopped, helped me get Connie moving and got us safely off the highway.
And not once did they laugh at the fact that I was sitting on a booster seat trying to see over the wheel, or that a woman was driving a big old muscle car. 😂 They just got stuck in and helped.
You didn’t know me, you didn’t know Connie, and you certainly didn’t have to stop — but you did. When you’re sitting there surrounded by five lanes of traffic, having two strangers step in and help makes a huge difference.
If this somehow finds its way back to you both, thank you for being such good blokes. ❤️
And Connie… I love you dearly, but your timing needs some work. 😂💚
