*STATE TITLE REVIEW*

Last night we were down at Narrogin for the WA super sedan state title. With some really warm weather and very dry conditions the track staff did an excellent job prepping a track and making it very nice to race on. Check out how we went:

Heat one - started P8, finished 3rd
Heat two - started P5, finished 4th
Heat three - started P1, DNF.

We can confirm today that the #99 car has blown an engine. Pretty disappointing result, but sometimes there's nothing you can do.

Tonight we in Narrogin speedway for the WA state title. Tonight we will have 3 heats and a feature race for the title of #1. The grids are:

Heat 1 - P8
Heat 2 - P5
Heat 3 - P1

5/5 tonight at Hobart speedway. Lee is currently tied 12th on points which is the best qualifying effort after one night we've had on the trip. Just an FYI the engine in the #999 go kart has blown up and will not be in action tonight.

*Carrick Review*

Last night we tried our luck in another 50 lapper, #2 in 8 days!

With a bit of a different format we time trialled P12 for the pole shuffle, and then some errors with the timing transponders put us back to P18, a bit disappointing but the #99 car was still in the race which was important.

Lee started the race out of P18 and made some really good moves on some fast cars to move his was forward. Due to time restraints and several red lights the race was declared, the last running lap Lee was clocked in at 14th place, which is a good result considering.

Today is a big day of washing the car and just a general check over, no immediate damage which is great news!

Race day #3!

Tonight we are at Carrick speedway for hopefully another 50 lap feature race

The format tonight will be slightly different:
- Hot Laps
- Time Trials (both laps COMBINED for time)
- Top 20 make the pole shuffle
- Pole shuffle results dictate the starting spots for the feature

A quick side note.. there is more to this post than just terrifying pictures 😂

After night 1 of the Grand Prix we are sitting 16th on points in a very tight field, looking to make the top 20 for the pole shuffle and then A Main.

Results were:
HEAT 1 - started P6, finished 4th
HEAT 2 - started P2, finished 6th
HEAT 3 - started P3, finished 4th
B feature - started 9th, finished 7th
*note that B feature was NOT a B-main. Was a race off the odd number qualifiers (1, 3, 5, 7, etc)*

Tonight we have 2 heats, the grid draws are:
HEAT 4 - P6
HEAT 5 - P2

Shoutout to Angryman Photography for capturing this scaring moment during the second heat last night. Somehow the car has come away with a bit of paint scrape and that's it! Incredibly lucky to be going again tonight.

***BUNBURY RECAP***

Tuesday night we ventured down to Quit Bunbury speedway for a hit out before the big trip to over east to Tasmania, below are the results 🔽

Heat 1 - started P3, finished 2nd
Heat 2 - started P8, finished 2nd
Feature race - started P2, finished 2nd

Second place was the theme of the night, but we made some solid and much needed progress with the car which is positive! We would like to thank all of the sponsors that make this possible:
