1992 HOLDEN VP HSV GTS #002
EXTREMELY RARE AND COLLECTIBLE!
Only 130 HSV GTS were produced in the VP range
Of those 130 only 25 were finished in Maranello Red !
This vehicle is build number #002
And has only traveled less than 19,000km in 34years!
A 1 owner car prior to its recent acquisition by a collector this vehicle has to be one of the most original examples left in existence.
We went over the vehicle with our paint thickness gauge and its original head to toe including all door and window seals, handles and latches even the factory GTS decals are in amazing condition.
Over the years the paint picked up a lot of swirls and surface defects as to be expected but the panels themselves are very straight !
We had this amazing piece of Australian muscle car history in the studio over multiple days gently massaging the paint safely back to this stunning glossy red, being extremely careful masking and polishing as we went as this vehicle and it’s condition are irreplaceable.
To further enhance and protect the finish we applied a coat of IGL WAX by hand.
We are very pleased to be trusted with such rare and irreplaceable vehicles and both the customer and ourselves were over the moon with the final results !
