I asked AI to define a ‘Hot Hatch’ interestingly no mention of front wheel drive, only light weight, hatch back convenience, upgraded brakes, handling and engine performance. Marques like Hyundai i30n, gold GTI and Honda Civic Type R were suggested.
I’m just throwing it out there but my BMW 140i is hatch size and practically but rear drive with a straight six turbo, it feels more mini ‘shooting break’ wagon to me and parked up next to the glorious G81 M3 Touring it’s giving me wannabe 1M touring vibes. Thoughts?
