Yamaha XT250T 1987 DOHC engine rebuild
This bike cane in with the top end off, cracked head, barrels were awful and miston and rings damaged
Took me forever to find parts for this bike, so rare
Eventually scored a good 2nd hand barrel, head and piston rings.
The con rod had damage where the gudgeon lives, so had to get that sorted. Thanks Kennedy Motorcyles
Against all the issues this bike through out at me, I got it sorted and kicked it over and it sung beautiful music to my ears 💪
Now to get it ready for the road
