On behalf of the team I wish the Infinite racing girls for making it to the world final in Singapore this year. After rivaling with the girls for a number of years, they have been able to use the "better" lane and succeed. Many congrats and we all hope and know you will represent Australia proud. Hi again everyone. Today the Regional final for the 2015-2016 season of F1 In Schools will be held at St. Pats College ( Community Hall). Doors open at 8:30am for the public to come and see the amazing things that some of Mackays students have achieved. Come along and have a good time. Also the whole Airstream Racing team will be there if you wish to speak to us about how our journey has been and how it has helped us mentally and physically. Cheers!

First off, a massive congratulations to the new F1 in Schools National Champs: Hyperdrive Performance. Make Australia proud in Singapore lads.

Airstream Racing are incredibly proud with our performance, and we believe that despite our journey in the competition being over, we can still inspire the younger students of our region to join the competition, and hopefully put a team from Mackay on the top of the podium next year.

We couldn't thank our sponsors enough. All of your hard work and dedication to the team has paid off in a massive way. Now 5 young guys have learnt life-long experiences, and may some day be knocking on your door for an employment opportunity.

To our parents and supporters, we owe you so much. Your willingness to stay with us for long hours after school to complete our project, whether it be finishing up the pit display the day before it was shipped off, or accompanying the team to finals, you have all been there for the team.

And finally, to Chris Gonnella. Our teacher, our biggest supporter, our mentor. We were devastated that you weren't able to make it to Melbourne for the team's last stop, but you were still there with us in spirit. Your dedication to the team from the beginning has given us experiences like no other. We hope you get better soon, and we know you'll be back on your feet in no time.
