Eh rear door frame and new retro rods skin.
Final peice for a previous job in the shop.
Lots of acid dipping/blasting and repairs to recover this cars original door frames.
Great result n the end with a now excellent frame with great gaps on the car.

Little Gemini boot floor and radiator support massaging.
LH rear chassis rail and some parts of the rear valance panel,1/2 boot floor and spare wheel well.
Handmade rail repairs and valance sections,with a rare spares boot floor and spare wheel well..
All new parts acid cleaned.joints copper coated and internally painted.all adjoining panels blasted in house.
Tig and spot welded in with a coat of bondrite to keep the metal clean.

Less oil canning and more crown.
Some manual and some machine manipulation but a lot of 💪to lift the skin up over a inch from the flat sheet it arrived with..thankfully it was all Oxy welded and pliable

The surface finish won't be what I'd like due to some harsh grinder marks from the past.
But the shape is consistent all over with a good shine
Blended both B pillars and reset the lower window sill.
A tidy up of the window frames and rear quarters ready for some new fenders.

A past customer popping in to say hello in his daily drive.
It’s 5+years on, the repaired skins and door shells are still looking fantastic in Acrylic.

From memory I did upper wheel arch, C pillar, rear window frame and replaced the bootlid.
All blended in with acrylic.
The rare spares trim clips and screw set holding up well with a few dabs of Sikaflex. 😉

The Pedal car is returning home soon.
Paint stripped and acid bathed in house
Knocked the dents and filled the excess of holes.
Remade most of the lower rear rusty sheetmetal then welded up the stress cracks.
machined up some new axles for the new wheels.
Customer to mock up the new axles and steering for final welding.

Customer project.
The Triumph GT6.

Starting from the back I have replaced the rear valance panel.boot floor,inner boot structure.diff hump.both lower rear quarters.both rear wheel arches.rear passanger seat floor.. heel board and external stiffener panel.lower b pillar..upper b pillar.
both inner sills..sill stiffener and outer sills.full floor pan
Complete A pillars from roof to floor.all cowl panel, dash and firewall perimeters have all been replaced
A lot of reproduction panels are available and I have used what I could get.
Things like the A pillars, 70% of both door jambs,firewall,cowl panel,dash ,lower tailight panel the diff hump and rear floor and many more parts have all been hand made in house.
every new panel has either been split and lengthened, shortened, re rolled,streched reshaped and rewelded to make it fit correctly.
The chassis I finished a few months ago and now the body is ready for the customer to paint.
