Advanced Automotive Solutions Pty Ltd, operating as Mercedes-Benz Lismore, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess service needs in a professional, courteous manner
- Provide clear and accurate service estimates, timelines, and recommendations
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the service process
- Liaise with technicians to communicate repair and maintenance details
- Coordinate vehicle handovers and ensure accurate documentation
- Promote service offers, maintenance packages, and genuine parts
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and systems
- Adhere to all Mercedes-Benz processes and standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Service Advisor role (Mercedes-Benz or premium brand preferred but not essential)
- Strong automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g. Auto-IT) and Microsoft Office
- Current and valid driver’s licence
Preferred Attributes:
- Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz Star Diagnosis systems
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused dealership or workshop
