Melbourne Batteries & Melbourne Roadside Rescue is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing Roadside Assistance & Battery replacement companies. Due to our continued growth, we have a full-time position available for the right applicant to service our customer base, across Melbourne and surroundings.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, professional and customer-focused individuals. Automotive experience will be looked upon favorably, but training will be provided for the right individual.
You are required to provide or hold the following:
➢ Valid Australian drivers’ license
➢ Be physically fit (Please note this position involves consistent heavy lifting), you may be asked to undertake a medical prior to commencing this role.
➢ Have an excellent personal presentation
➢ Have excellent written and spoken English
➢ Experience desired, however not essential as full training is provided
Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
➢ Good manners, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
➢ Complete daily / weekly stock takes.
➢ Care and maintenance of personal presentation and your vehicle is needed at all times
➢ Available to work a 7 day rotating roster
➢ Must have strong customer service skills and customer focus.
➢ Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
➢ Are able to display consistent levels of enthusiasm and motivation
➢ Be able to work with minimal supervision.
➢ Use company software correctly.
➢ Obey strict Safety & OHSE Policies
