To all our Loyal Ozzy Fuels customers?
Wow, what a Crappy past 12 days it’s been in the fuel Industry.
To say it’s been challenging is a massive understament.
Ozzy Fuels aim is to get all orders from our customers delivered in a timely manner. Product in Australia isn’t the issue, there is enough fuel in Australia for the medium to short term, the demand from customers across Australia is the real issue.
Line Haul transport running up and down the highway is well a truly over extended.
They are doing the best they can, and I believe we have the best in the business working with us, McKitterick Bulk Haulage has done a tremendous job keeping us supplied, but with demand thru the roof, there is only so many trucks on the road that can deliver the product.

Ozzy Fuels are doing their best with getting the fuel out when we have it. We get a load of fuel in, and it’s sold and delivered within 5 hours, and then we are waiting for our next load to come in so we can deliver to our customers.

We can only price our product when we get it in. With the price being so volatile we are very reactive, as the storage we normally have and keep, is always sold.

We can Only price our customers with the fuel we are buying in on that day, and as you all know, its changing daily. Its quite easy to check out all fuel pricing across Australia.

(Terminal Gate Pricing) for all fuel suppliers out of Terminal is the best way to see what is all happening in Australia. Just type in TGP on any brand or wholesale supplier you like. This will show everyone when the price goes up or down.
Just remember, there is a cost getting the product transported out to us, and then Ozzy Fuel to the end customer.
Just to be transparent, Ozzy Fuels buys its fuel ex terminal Sydney and is priced to the customer accordingly, and the end of the day, we have no control of it.
