We’d like to clarify the recent fuel pricing matters that have been shared on social media, as we understand they may have created the impression that we were trying to mislead or overcharge our customers.
One matter occurred when **Auto LPG was out of stock**, but the price remained displayed on Petrol Spy because we did not have the ability to disable it from our end.
The second occurred when a **pump price was changed at the station but was accidentally not updated on Petrol Spy**. This was an oversight, not something done intentionally.
We have always tried to keep our fuel pricing in line with the town and have never intentionally priced fuel higher to take advantage of our community.
In fact, as an **independent petrol station, we currently sell Auto LPG at our cost price**, and at times we have even sold it at a loss. For anyone who has concerns or would simply like to understand, we are more than happy to show our Auto LPG purchase invoices from the past through to today.
We value this community and our customers enormously. We simply wanted everyone to hear the full circumstances directly from us.
