Our spoke tension is measured in terms of spoke deflection. This is measured in increments of 0.01mm. Both deflection and tension are calibrated against each other unique to the spoke being used.

Wheels built to within 0.1mm runout and with such uniform tension takes time and skill.

Our wide carbon spoked 60's. Std version is 1246 grams, 110kg rider weight limit. Our SL version is within the low 1100 grams range and a 90kg rider weight limit.

25 internal, 36.5 wide and 60 deep. 24 rear carbon Spokes to ensure a really stiff and responsive rear wheel. While the front wheel is 20 carbon spokes. These wheels are designed for those riders who can pump out watts and ensure the power is transferred to the road and not lost through rear wheel flex.

Some wheels are just built better.

The top dial is lateral runout, the lower is radial runout.

On the dial 0-10 represents 0.1mm. Many wheels are built to 0.5mm tolerance. These wheels came in at 0.05mm. We typically build to 0.1mm with spoke tension /deflection measured to 0.01mm deflection with variance to within 0.02mm.

Too confused? Just know each wheelset is built right to extremely low tolerance.

Wheels are probably the biggest upgrade you can make on a bike. Going from alloy to carbon we took 700 grams off the wheelset weight while massively improving any aero gains.

The wheelset is our wave 45/50 deep 34 wide set. 1360 grams.

Carbon spoke wide 45's. 1160 grams, 25 internal hooked, 37 wide, 110 rider weight limit. Filament wound technology.
