Heathcote Park Raceway is on the market and this page has been created to gauge the interest from the Race fan community, the average racer, to determine if the numbers and therefore enough money can be raised to put together a Buy Out plan for the Heathcote Park Raceway facility. At this point in time there is no need to collect any money, but there is an interest determining the number or people
that are truly keen to participate and if things go well, invest in the purchase plan. The amount to be invested per individual is still to be determined and will be based on the number of people who pledge to being part of the scheme. What is being considered is that a number of investment units will be made available and they will be in the range of $1000. Any number of investment units can be purchased. The details can be developed over time as we identify who is interested and what how this will collectively develop over the next few months.
