How deadly is this treadly!!? This is a beach cruiser Bike I got a few months back. I got it on marketplace still new in a box so it's the only new bike I've ever bought. Ordered parts for my old Hanimex Dragster and decided to get the bigger banana seat, sissy bar and ape hangers for this larger framed bike to turn it into a supersized adult dragster. Next part of the plan is to add a high power electric motor and a funky chrome headlight....and maybe an even higher sissy bar!!

My electric bike!!! I've wanted one of these for a while, had planned on building one but the right one came along. The main purpose for wanting one is so I could ride a bike to town and back. Living on a hill doesn't help but it's my ultimate goal to be fit enough to ride up the hill in the meantime I can use this thing! It won't get me up big hills with just the motor but with pedalling it gives enough assistance to make it possible. It's alot if fun too!

I have been cooking up a chain! Watched a few vids on an old tried and tested idea of waxing a bicycle chain. No more messy oil collecting dust and leaving it's marks... One wax job should last a long time, dust won't stick so well and hot water will clean it before a rewax after a few hundred km. A couple of candles and a stick of dry l**e!

Latest bike out the shed is a clean and service job of this beastly Raleigh Mountain bike for a returning cyclist. This one started as a chat about putting together a new Big W bike which led to the suggestion of looking for a quality second hand bike for similar dollars.... And they found this one at a nice price! It's nicely built and now ready to rock!! A few before and after pics ;)
