From diagnosing the issue to completing a full chassis rewire on this trailer.

The original harness had seen better days. The electric brake fault came down to broken wires at the hub and some serious rubbing from poor cable routing.

Rather than patching the existing wiring, I removed the old harness and installed a JNM THS - Trailer Harness System.

The new harness was made in-house by JNM Accessories to suit this trailer, including electric brake and multiple marker wiring through to a 12 pin trailer plug.

Clean routing and proper connections 🙌

Little behind the scenes on this Hilux 👀

One written off N80 Hilux giving another N80 a new lease on life.

Customer supplied bullbar, grille, spotties and new mounting bolts, all ready to go onto an N80 that’s never had frontal protection.

The Hilux already has twin light bars fitted, so I’ll be manufacturing a harness to suit and integrating the existing lights and spotties into one clean, serviceable system.

Second hand parts. New hardware. Purpose built wiring. New life.

Full Kings APX lighting setup fitted, wired and ready for night runs. Not only that we hooked up the kings wireless control panel and some rear facing down lights!
