Raleigh Raceway is more then just a race track. It’s a home, a community; a safe place that heals, unites and inspires.

For decades Raleigh Raceway, a small family owned business, has provided a safe space for thousands motorsport enthusiasts from all over Australia to share their love and passion for the sport.

But now it hangs in the balance and we need your help. Licensing issues have put our beloved racetrack at risk of either postponing or cancelling all events in the foreseeable future.

This track isn’t backed by big cooperations or sponsors. It’s owned and run by a hardworking local family who have been on the property for over 127 years and poured their heart, soul and every spare dollar to keep the track open, not for profit, but for the community, the people.

Raleigh raceway fuels the local economy, brings new and old customers to local hotels/caravan parks, cafes, pubs, service stations, mechanics and countless other family run establishments.

Congratulations Sam!
Very proud of you mate 🥳

Last night we ran our first night of 3 nights at Grafton Speedway.

Nathan jumped in his Corolla, had a 3 and 5 in heat starting positions. Had some ongoing problems with the car not getting enough fuel so finished in last in both heats. Nathans ongoing fuel issue caused him to not start the feature.

Aimee was in the Celica with a 2 and 3 in heat positions. First time on the track against Nathan and due to his fuel problem Aimee went around him in both heats(yes bragging was done!) Aimee started from the rear in the feature and finished with a little bit of damage but we’ll continue tonight just fine!

Sam managed to jump in the Celica and run RSA Juniors even though they weren’t meant to be on the program but due to a misplaced nomination from a travelling junior Grafton promoters made an exception and put them on for 2 heats and a feature. Sam managed to get 2nd in all heats and a second in the feature(we scrounged up 2 more juniors that are dual registered and they ran aswell)

On to night 2 for the weekend!

This should see Charlette getting her first drive(hopefully the car sorts itself out and we get her in it) and Sam running in RSA Juniors. Plus Aimee and Nathan go head to head with a great field of RSA 4 Cylinders for the huge 50 Lapper!
