When was the last time you had you vehicle properly serviced?
We did a full check over and service on this vehicle today which ended up with air filter, cabin filter and brake fluid flush done with some suspension work that needs addressing in the near future.

Do you have a vehicle fitted with a DPF and it won’t do a burn?
This customer was driving from Sydney to Goldcoast and he booked in for a diagnosis, once we confirmed the root issue we are able to do the repair and force the car to do a regen getting them back on the road

Should of taken more pictures of the job but this d40 Navara received a rear diff swap after the uni joint in the drive seized and caused the rear pinion yoke to vibrate loose until the point the drive shaft fell out of the vehicle
After the extensive damage to the diff we decided best way to attack this will be new diff and new uni joint in drive shaft so this doesn’t happen again🤙🏼🤙🏼

We had a customer car completely cut power
Upon inspection we found the alternator was cutting out when it got up to temperature then would start to charge properly when cooled back down.
New alternator installed and they are good to go 🤙🏼

Diesel Mazda, coming up with an oil pressure out side of parameters fault code.

We found an injector seal leaking diesel fuel into the oil system thinning out the oil causing an oil pressure drop

See the top injector in the picture below with the carbon build up around the injector comparing to the ones below

New injector seals, fresh oil and oil filter and off this customer went.

Been slacking and haven’t posted for awhile so here’s an update of what’s been happening lately

Had a 120 series diesel prado that was stalling intermittently. After some diag work we removed the suction control valve in the injector pump and inspected. We found excessive build up in channels and scoring on the plunger and cylinder wall.

Replaced the suction control valve and issue is no longer present 🤙🏼
