Bit of HPL-PRO factory BTS.

Glue doesn’t really play nicely with HPL, so we use Cabineo fixings to bolt the crate sides to the fronts instead.

That means thread milling directly into the HPL-PRO on the CNC, while keeping our proprietary click system all neatly enclosed.

One of those little details you’d never really notice on the finished product.

The Ranger Super Duty is 150mm wider than the standard Ranger, but that extra width is in the body panels and flares — just like the Raptor.

The tub itself and the plastic tub liner are the same, which means our existing Ranger 2022+ dividers made for the plastic tub liner will fit the new Super Duty XLT.

Available in both plywood and HPL-PRO.

I was trying to say “turn a negative into a positive”… it had been a long day.

But the feature is real — we made the Ranger PHEV divider so one of the panels can rotate into a handy front shelf for lighter gear.

No drilling, no cutting, and still removable when you need the full tub back.

More usable length but less height — and that angled section at the rear? Slip hazard waiting to happen. Nearly took me out.
