Hi all this is a page to see various photos/ videos previous n current and to be able to track my racing in Australian Heritage Touring Cars, which is a category that covers Genuine only Group A n Group C from the days of racing. All cars have a nominated event in which they raced in their previous racing history and are log booked to that and have to run all the sponsors and signage as the car was presented in the day.
Unfortunately that limits us getting new sponsors on board and promotion on the car but we can promote via:
Naming writes on entry
Hats
Shirts/ jackets /clothing
Incar logo
Sign board at pits
Car trailer and tow vehicle
So if any company or organisation would like to help or come on board please get in contact with me.
My car is the last of the TRD Japan built AE86’s for Toyota Team Australia to race within Australia.
I was lucky enough to secure this car some yrs ago an continue to race it as it was build for.
First year of racing 2017 I finished second outright in Group A and first in class. Some 19 races and first in class 16 of them, second the others.
The following yr 2018 had some mechanical issues at rnd 2 and some more later in the yr but still finished 3rd in class n 8th outright.
2019 had some minor issues around changes to the new fuel regulations and ECU but managed to obtain the lap Record for class at the Bathurst round and class round, first time there and not without some top speed issues.
Finished first in class and 6th overall even though only competing in 3 out of 5 rounds.
2020 Ist outright class and 4th outright all Group A
2021 1st outright in class and 4th outright all Group A
2022 1st outright in class and 2nd outright in all Group A
