Saturday marked the completion of this Cadillac 472 big block engine.
All clearances were measured, block and heads machined/reconditioned.
New bearings and piston rings throughout.
Isky race cam and 1.6ratio shaft roller rockers to bring this 7.7litre V8 to life.
New gaskets in the whole engine.
Now it's just up to Callum and the crew at South Perth Tyrepower to put it back in the golden Cadillac Deville that it came from

My biggest one yet.
1.2kw of solar
920ah of lithium battery
Two redarc 50amp chargers
Also fitted a inverter and a battery monitor to get this caravan fully off-grid.
The extra solar and batteries were integrated into the old electrical system to make it all work seamlessly.

South Perth Tyrepower approached me about keeping a second battery charged so they can keep some accessories running without worry.
A redarc DCDC charger was chosen with solar panel ready connectivity. Some Anderson connectors were added to make it all Plug&Play
And as usual, happy customer

One of my first ever customers was back for some more work. This time it was a redarc brake controller, redarc smart solenoid to supply a Anderson plug and the 12pin trailer socket.
All midi fuses and holders to keep it all protected. Diagnosed and replace faulty solar system and a little tidy up on the inverter and charger in the canopy.

Big rig now ready to tow that caravan 👌

Another job complete and another happy customer👌
Kelly came to me with the complaint of her dual battery system and rear power outlets not working.
Diagnosed, and removed the old system entirely as it was a fire waiting to happen.

Fitted new redarc solenoid ✅
All new midi fuses & blocks instead of no fuses✅
All new wiring that is up to spec✅
New trailer plug and Anderson plug on towbar✅
New power outlets inside the rear of the vehicle ✅
Rewired UHF radio and hid aerial cable✅

Another reliable rig ready for adventure 🫡
