BARACO Hydrau Elit is growing and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Hose Fitter to join our Bundaberg team. If you’re a qualified diesel fitter, mobile plant mechanic or have strong hydraulic hose experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building, repairing and fitting hydraulic hoses on a wide range of gear
• Onsite breakdowns and workshop-based repairs
• Working alongside a tight-knit crew that backs each other.
What we’re looking for:
• Trade qualified (or solid industry experience) in hydraulics, diesel fitting or mobile equipment
• Strong fault-finding skills and pride in quality workmanship
• Customer-focused attitude and able to work independently in the field
What you’ll get:

💰 Pay & perks
• Based on experience but we pay well above award plus overtime and penalties.
