This Ryobi electric mower had some issues.
After load testing the batteries we found a dud.
Replaced the bad battery and it is back to normal operation.

A new set of batteries for the farm buggy.

This Honda has been sitting for a while.
To get it started we needed to clean and rebuild the carburettor.
The reason why it was parked up was the electric gear shift not operating. A quick look and we found a broken angle sensor.
It is now back on the farm in full working order.

Another successful rebuild!
This one needed a new crank which also required some machining to make it work.
New pistons, con rods and the other good stuff and it is running great!

Rebuilding an engine at the moment that needs a new crank. Problem is the crank I need is no longer available. 😖
Managed to find one from an older style but the end is different. 🙄
No problem here though. We have turned the end down to match the profile of the new style. 😉

This Jacobsen was abandoned in a field.
The new owner got it home and called me up to help fix it. The engine was partially stripped and left outside so we stripped it, cleaned it, checked the ring gaps and put it all back together with new seals and gaskets. With a new PTO clutch and starter motor it is going like new 👍
