Detailing Dreams is looking for someone to join the team!
As the business continues to grow, I’m looking for a reliable, motivated and hard-working person who is interested in vehicle detailing and takes genuine pride in producing quality work.
The role will involve working across a variety of vehicles, including cars, 4WDs, trucks, caravans and more, completing everything from general detailing through to premium vehicle presentation and protection work.
What I’m looking for:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently once trained
• Physically capable and willing to get stuck into demanding jobs
• Takes pride in their work and doesn’t rush jobs
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current NSW driver licence – REQUIRED
• Must be confident and competent driving both MANUAL and automatic vehicles
• Must be able to provide an up-to-date certified NSW driving record – some client vehicles require pick-up and/or drop-off as part of the service
• Detailing experience is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right person
⭐ HUGE ADVANTAGES:
• Machine polishing experience
• Paint correction experience
• Previous professional detailing experience
• Experience applying paint protection or ceramic coatings
• Confidence working with a wide range of vehicle types and sizes
If you already have polishing or paint correction experience, I’d particularly like to hear from you.
About the position:
Initially, hours may vary depending on bookings – some weeks can be quieter, while others can be flat out. As the business continues to grow, there is potential for the position to develop into a more consistent role.
The right person will be trained in our processes, products and standards, with the goal of becoming confident completing bookings independently and maintaining the level of quality our customers expect.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn, improve their skills and potentially grow with the business long-term.
