Pic was pre Suzuki Muster swapping tyres over for the fun ahead and doing a little maintenance.

Some of you may have seen or heard about the beautifully restored LJ50 that was at the Muster recently. Unfortunately, the little zook had a rollover and was pretty badly damaged.

The good news is the owner isn’t giving up on it. He’s decided to rebuild it and get it back on the road where it belongs. 💪

I’ve been in touch with him and he’s shared a small list of parts he’s currently chasing. He’s not asking for handouts — he’s more than happy to purchase the parts if anyone has them or knows someone who might.

If you can help track any of these down, please reach out to me so we can help bring this old zook back to life.

Parts needed:
• Windscreen frame
• Passenger seat
• Bonnet

dale_timbs zook came in on a tow truck today 😢 but it has a cool story behind it
Dale did Cape York in his Jimny and the starter motor shorted out with all the dust and water crossings. It then caught fire and he had a little engine bay fire and damaged the wiring so 1/2 the trip was finished by push stating the old girl.
Today we helped Dale out buy fitting a new starter and a good used engine harness tomorrow it’s getting a full service and he should have it back in time to pack it and head to the suzuki_4x4_muster
