Spare Parts Sales Counter Consultant

Are you passionate about automotive parts, and delivering top-tier customer service?
Beenleigh Bearings and Yatala Auto Parts are expanding! We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and reliable Spare Parts Sales Person to join our team. If you love problem-solving and helping customers find exactly what they need, we want to hear from you.
• Yatala / Beenleigh area (Queensland)

Employment type
• Full-Time Monday to Friday with O/T as required

Your Main Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Assist trade and retail customers at the front counter and over the phone.
• Parts Interpretation: Identify and source the correct bearings, automotive parts, and industrial components using electronic catalogues and manual lookups.
• Sales & Invoicing: Process sales, raise invoices, and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Stock Management: Receive incoming freight, unpack orders, stock shelves, and keep the showroom tidy.

We Are Looking For
• Experience: Previous experience in automotive parts or bearings sales is highly regarded but not esential.
• Tech Skills: Good computer literacy to navigate inventory and parts interpretation software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the physical fitness required to handle heavy stock.
